That people think that these schools will sell and it will be business as usual is insane. Every school will change it's name to the existing brand. They may initially keep employees on (at reduced salaries and bennies) but eventually they will re staff so they can rebrand. And that is if they sell. If not, they will close up shop. There are no guarantees and nothing is the same. If you believe the crap managemt is telling you, then it's your bad.

Trust me, I've been through this before. Intense due diligence even when there aren't red flags. In this case you can be sure they want to know EVERYTHING they are getting themselves into, even at fire sale prices.
