Even if it is without due process, and I am not suggesting that there is any arbitrary or capricious action by ED in regards to CCi, as soon as the next Department of Education Financial Responsibility score is released, CCi would likely be placed on heightened cash monitoring. Too many have a strong desire to make CCi out to be a perfect angel, yet it was/is only a matter of time. And for all of you grabbing at "without due process," why doesn't CCi have 21 days cash or credit?

What difference dies it make? CCI is toast, people! They are closing or selling!!! It will NOT exist in 6 months! They now have to disclose the sale/close to potential students. Enrollment has tanked so much that their precious baby, ECPO, fired their adjuncts due to lack of students for summer term. It's not going to recover. None of this matters.
