So I have heard that Jack M has scheduled a 4pm est conference call for all Directors and above, and the title of it was "summer cost reductions" or something along those lines. Start bringing your own pens and toilet paper to work tomorrow for those of you that are left!!

There is a call at 4. Confirmed with my director. Has anyone not noticed ECPO enrollments are still on hold by HLCvand they reopened leads for EUO Tempe?
My guess is immediate layoffs for some, furloughs that will turn into layoffs for others.
They should close down two of the online centers and assign the students to counselors at the remaining center. Can lay off 600 people, with no severance, and take a lease off of the books.
I'll bite. I believe there's a 4:00 call and that it's big. I predict massive layoffs announced tomorrow or Friday. I would say company-wide, about 25% of total staff. I predict big cuts in Tampa.
"Summer cost reductions." Hmmm, knowing how euphemistic CCI gets, and how much they love here corporate double-speak, wonder what that means? We should take (friendly) bets before the call. massive layoffs tomorrow? How many? No more toilet paper in the schools? What about for students? Do they get a few sheets if their financial aid will cover it?
There is no call; everything is fine, normal. No cost reductions necessary.
There is a call, all Directors and above, 4pm. Your Director is misleading you for whatever reason. But there is definitely a call to discuss summer cost reductions.

He's probably in his Mom's basement, posting on this site between watching porn, and giggling at the idea that someone like him might manage to cause upset.
Anyone on here who will be on that call? Maybe you could give the rest of us a head's up if anything significant is said? I have a bad feeling about this. It's been a month since the plan was due and I have a feeling there aren't any offers to buy us. It seems about time for everything to start winding down. Or maybe even bankruptcy.
To ANYONE with common sense, mass layoffs were a certainty. The only shock is that they didn't happen sooner. Hehehehe.

The good news is, if you stay on, your highly paid bosses will probably be let go. They have to start cutting the fat from the fattiest part of the pig. Adjuncts at ECPO are already gone. Ordering less toilet paper ain't gonna fit it either.

Bring pens and toilet paper? I wouldn't bother taking my coat off. They aren't going to call directors and above to a meeting to talk about cutting pen and toilet paper costs.
