All the higher ups - if that's what you consider campus level department managers - and up are taking the pay cut. So it's not just the bigwigs. It' those on the ground too.

The upper management are not and will not feel the pain. Does everyone not know the bonus structure. C-Level is up to 100% of their base pay. VP is up to 75%, AVP is 50%, Director is 30%. Do the math Einstein's.
