When managers use the motto to recruiters "asses in the classes" what do you expect?

(1) Do anything and everything to get them to show up to meet minimum attendance regs (outreach, outreach, outreach), (2) when they don't, have them sign and backdate an attendance "appeal" (approve them all), and (3) pass them or YOU have failed THEM! This is the formula to keep the federal financial aid funds flowing.
Fills and empty seat so that it looks better for a buyer?
yeah not to mention the additional money and manpower hours it takes to reprocess them. Amazing.
Ya I paid cash and I worked hard but not all did and they got the same paper.
