Are you awake? Merit Increase? No. If we survive the layoffs after this term ends, we'll be taking another paycut. And our benefits will increase in cost.
I bet there will be massive layoffs during this 10 week period.
Highly, highly unlikely. Remember they are for sale and/or closing if there's no sale. The 6 month clock is ticking. Everest's summer term ends October 5, with final grades die probably on the 8th. It seems likely they won't have a fall term. My guess is they will be shutting down Everest at this point. I don't have inside info. But I can tell you that if they are cutting pay, it is a very, very dire situation.
