Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

48 hours we will know what is what since the final bids are for Heald

It wouldn't surprise me if the final bids for Heald includes a multiple year servicing from CCI/Socle. One of the lead runners has already stated they don't not want to handle the marketing, IT, etc for running the schools. So in 48 hours we will see what the deal is. As for me I will be busy on boarding one of the new Socle clients and getting ready for the others. My only thought is how I can replace the ~$500 a month less I will be taking home. Call me a dreamer, loser or dumb for not looking for a job but I am quite happy where I am at. If you feel you have to leave then I wish you good luck and godspeed in the future. I hope you get everything you want.

Yikes! Before Heald was acquired by CCi, the campuses had leads, FA was processed on a timely manner, and accounts payable paid the bills on time. New owners, if they are going to contract with Socle, should bake in quality metrics (like all FA processed in X number of days). Otherwise, they will simply have acquired CCi's mess. It is worth the casual observation than not once in our 4.5 years of ownership by CCi had a single department out of Santa Ana ever issued a customer service survey (at least to my knowledge).

At least it's $500 less per paycheck. Mine is zero now.
