They will do mass layoffs next year. They hit their max this year thats why the pay cuts and unpaid time off.

At least you have a job. Some of us got a 100% paycut.
You guys are surprised? This is really a surprise? Be grateful you have jobs! It's very likely mass layoffs are coming. This is the best solution. Yes. It sucks. But CCI is closing or selling. It will not exist in 6-12 months. Wake up, people! Things have changed!
