You all get that, right?!? Even if it did sell, they would have to make huge, huge changes in order to continue to exist.

Heald is its own OPEID.

OPEID's are for sale, that is how the business units are determined, not by individual school
Each brand is being sold separately, not individual campuses. However, once a brand sells, it is indeterminate if the new owners will keep or close some of the campuses.
Employees think CCI is selling the brand in it's entirety and nothing changes. Although I think that we've seen everything is changing.
Also the DOE might not approve selling off part of an OPEID, especially if it leaves the rest of the OPEID significantly out of compliance.
Not quite right, since OPEID main campuses cannot simply be sold alone. This is far more complex than each individual school is up for sale.
