Email sent out to ECP Faculty today that there is a potential sale of ECP and an email going out to students in CA to announce this.

24094: It's not a troll, I promise you. I received the email this morning too. And it's because CA students take ONLINE classes through ECPO. They have to inform CA students "to meet a regulatory requirement." To paraphrase, STUDENTS will be receiving an email about a potential sale, and we are not to discuss this email with students in the classroom. We are to direct all inquiries about the email to PDs and higher.
Whoever wrote this is a troll and doesn't know what/where ECP is, clearly.

Why are they announcing the sake of ECP in CA? Do you even know what ECP stands for?!?!?!
Can you show us the email? I've never heard of a company announcing a potential sale, particularly in light of yesterday's cutbacks.
