So is this great guy your daughter is seeing made of actual gold, or is he just golden-ish? The way Socle talks, TAMU and Oral Roberts must be shelling out a friggin' fortune for a few default management calls (and from a company infamous for its poor default management, no less). How the heck much are they paying anyway, and how did it happen? Is it some kind of slick insider deal, with the adminitrators who approved it getting kickbacks? I mean, seriously! What the F*** is up with that??
24542: Uh, Socle has had to sign every federal document since they are a brand name of CCi. The feds would have to be pretty dense not to know what's going on. They're only not doing anything about it because CCi is near bankruptcy, and that will solve their problems with ALL of CCi.
It's really pretty brilliant. Federal government doesn't like the way you do business with taxpayer dollars? Just change the name of your most questionable department and hire some high-pressure sales goons to go out and sign up other colleges for "servicing." As far as the feds are concerned, "Socle Education" is just some innocent little financial aid servicer helping Texas A&M, Oral Roberts, etc to bring in federal funding.

Except...no grandkids (they are apparently impotent). Oh, that and he'll be out of work when CCi declares bankruptcy. But for the next 1-4 months...married bliss!
