Remember; when we all had to go to a one day training to learn about and sign "I will statements". Let's see I think it stated something about do the right thing, stay in your lane, truth, honesty, full disclosure, no short cuts. Uhm; fast forward 8 corperate pillars to 4 pillars, Multiple states AG investing, DOE forcing a sale, lay offs, stock went from 30.00 to .20, forced time off without pay, 10% pay cuts, loss of benefit time, increase benefit cost. What a crock of Sh*t! CCi shame on you for forcing good people to do the wrong thing all for what! Money! now the circus has closed all that is left are the clowns!

INTEGRITY DAY....A CCI vacation day!
Be here Be now! $$$$$ CA-CHING!
My favorite was the... what was it called, the Mood Elevator? We were supposed to concentrate on keeping our mood at the top to be good little employees! It was from the same company that made those creepy "WE ARE THEY!" posters that they had everywhere. The lowest level you could be at was "judgmental" (DON'T judge CCI!) and the highest was "grateful" (I always wondered what we were supposed to be grateful for). What douches they are! Unethical, money-hungry twits!
We had Intelligent Heart training. Everyone do their affirmations!!
Ahh yes, integrity day. What was that? September 2011? For those of us who were there for that... How much has changed
I WILL Smile and Dial! I WILL lie to applicants! I WILL keep the money flowing! I WILL sell my soul to CCI for a paycheck!
Anonymous24450: Were you at SFS when all of the students had to sign new enrollment agreements because the regulations had changed the year before and none of our idiot managers knew about it? That was it for me. The SFS mentality was just too close to the "asses in classes" admissions culture. As long as the money is flowing, everyone keeps getting bonuses! Be too "picky" about regulations and...well, we've all seem them walked out of the building.
I am SO glad I left. I had co-workers who were literally losing their hair because of the stress of what we were doing. It's not just the possibility of getting in trouble, because us low-level folks were just doing what we were told, but more just knowing it was wrong. I felt so bad for the students!
