Anonymous24471: Wow, not sure what you're getting at. So let's review...(1) Socle Education = Corinthian Colleges (http://investing.businessweek.com/research/stocks/private/snapshot.asp?privcapId=245633140), (2) They are simply one of many brands that CCi does business as (just like we do business as Everest College, Heald, WyoTech), and (3) Socle Education was one of the many brands that had to sign the SCE document guaranteeing CCi's debt (just like Everest and the other brands did). Everyone at Socle Education knows that they work for Corinthian Colleges, just like everyone at WyoTech does.

Then STOP posting on cci's board. Why are you here? If you are NOT part of CCI, then you should tell your fellow colleagues who have posted on CCI's board (NOT SOCLE, AGAIN, WE ARE A CCI BOARD) telling everyone here they are calling clients to tell them they are owned by CCI. Why? If it's not true. Oh, that's right. Management told you so.

Anonymous24456, Just to make it clear, since there seems to be a lot of misunderstanding about Socle Education: Socle is incorporated as a wholly owned and operated subsidiary of CCi. It started with Student Financial Services in 2009 or 2010, which was a CCi department in Tampa that took over behind-the-scenes financial aid processing from Global Financial. They changed their name in 2013 to distance themselves from CCi to facilitate hoodwinking….er, obtaining outside clients for their services. They are in the same address/location and have the same leadership/management team as they had before. Socle = Corinthian Colleges. http://investing.businessweek.com/research/stocks/private/snapshot.asp?privcapId=245633140

24447 - Socle talks a big game, but most of those are default managment only clients. Of course, that's still pretty bad. We have a history of horrendous default rates, and articles have been written about how unethical our default management techniques are: http://higheredwatch.newamerica.net/blogposts/2012/the_real_story_behind_corinthian_colleges_plummeting_default_rates-72503

If SOCLE is not related to CCI, why are there so many posts in here about SOCLE? Why are you posting this?!?!?!??!

Oh, please. They are lying to you. Management has been lying for years. And CCI has proudly paraded SOCLE around. They ARE connected. CCI own SOCLE.

So, what is the roll call of colleges that you guys have hoodwinked into signing up for your services? ORU, TAMU, Garce Divinity, Lake Sumter, Grayson College, North Central TExas, East West U, NY Film Academy...am I missing any? And you really think that the top college brass and the students/parents/faculties/communities will be okay when they realize that their financial aid is being processed by Corinthian Colleges? You seriously believe they won't mind???

Anonymous24440: Wow, I'm sorry I asked. It was sadder and more delusional than I thought it would be. Hang in there, tiger! As long as you just keep believing everything your crooked managers and directors tell you, you will be fine!

24437, if CCI declares bankruptcy, SOCLE is affected. Duh.

Bankruptcy won't affect us, as we are legally not related to CCI. We just hired a new Business Analyst, which should tell you that we really are not part of Corinthian Colleges. Why would a company that's being shut down by the government hire? We're immune. As we like to say, we're golden!

Let me guess..."HELL, YES they know Socle Education is Corinthian Colleges!!!" but "Don't EVER mention that Socle Education is Corinthian Colleges!" Does that sound about right? It's looking more and more like CCI declares bankruptcy. Could a Socle kool-aid drinker please inform us as to what you believe will happen to you then? It should be entertaining, if a bit sad.

You get that if CCI owns SOCKE that they are probably bleeding money from their only resource that isn't students and using it for the colleges to pay bills, etc. you understand that, right? So, keep getting us contracts, suckers! We need the ca$h.
