Are you kidding. They can afford to take time off since the top 5 of the company skimmed 12 million for themselves but they can't afford to give the little people their raises.

It would not surprise me if the top 5 or 10 bigwigs have managed to get themselves a bonus option for staying until the last light goes out. It's the American way. Leave your employees and the students flapping in the wind, and move in to over high paying jobs.
They claim they get pay cuts. They probably don't. Although their stock options aren't worth the one sided paper they're printed on.
The big greedy dogs, Program Chairs, Directors, CPs, and up get the 10% pay cut.
