This is all true. Cci will still handle marketing and socle will handle all fa. So Griffin towers keeps their jobs. Campuses eh not so much.

It isn't a rumor because IT heard it. Come back to the board after the sale and terms are announced and see what part of it was wrong. I am willing to bet it will be close to 100% accurate
If this OP really was even an employee, he would know CCI is not for sale. It's separate entities are.
All parties to ANY sake will sign a confidentiality agreement. If if someone is privy to this information, they aren't posting it here. They are madly looking for their own job before the rest if us go under. Even if there's a bid, that means nothing. In the end, the accreditation entities will have to also approve ALL sales. Not just CCI and DOE. And not all Everest schools even have the same accreditation.
This is totally rumor. In acquisitions everything is totally hush hush. You won't find any accurate info about a sale on this board. Managers give you reassuring info so you will keep working. Everything is not going to be okay. Most everyone will lose their job.
Here is what some of us were told, your mileage may vary. There were 5 interested parties out of 17. Final bids were placed on Friday the 1st. If the board and DoE accepts the plan then it will be made public after the market closes, maybe the week of the 18th. The next step is for the govt to make sure the anti-trust stuff is okay and then CCI (whomever) gets the money from the selling. This is supposed to take 60 days from the public announcement. The one school is non-profit and does not have an infrastructure so part of the sell is having CCI/Socle manage everything. This is for Heald only as Everest is lagging by 2 weeks. Ask you management or Ken Ord about project Sunnyside.
