Anonymous 25688 - why are you posting the same things on two boards (CCi and ITT)? Are there more than two? What is your background that you believe you are welcome in both forums?

I think it's very wise to start looming for a new job. There were a lot of people previously who felt that everything would be fine. But the paycut shook everyone to the core. They are selling or closing. I think there was some hope to just rebrand, but those days are long behind us, is my guess. I saw the writing on the wall
In June and am now juggling several options (none if which have me working 50+ weeks per year, 7 days a week.) but, I got a jump on the competition. Everyone is panicking and everyone is going to be competing for the same jobs, whether locally or online. If you haven't, get to at least looking. Don't get caught with your pants on the ground.
They've been doing that for months now. All kinds of different troll tactics, including posting massive numbers of nonsense posts to push down threads that have valuable info in them. Yes, our managers are a useless, cowardly lot for the most part. They have the most to worry about. You can't have "CCi manager" on your resume and expect a job in higher ed. Not at this point.
