Actually, ESI's (ITT's) crash today has severely impacted the value of COCO (CCCi's stock). COCO was down over 11% after being stable for a month or so. This means that it is even less likely that some investor will think CCi has some value and buy some or all of the campuses. So, yes, it is relevant to CCi employees. It is very bad news indicating that things now look even worse than they did last week.
