Yes, that's true. We tend to talk about CCI interchangeably even though we should be saying Wyotech vs. Heald vs. Everest. I was referring to Everest.

For a college yes, for CCI, no. What do you think the no vacation pay (except for CA, yes we know), layoffs of last 6 months, and paycuts are for? So that some at CCI can remain viable until a sale or close. Sale is not likely, and it's a longshot if we can remain operational long enough to meet the closing deadline. You can't seriously be naive enough to think this is going to be a graceful coast to the shore?
Whomever is interested in keeping tabs on any bankruptcy proceedings can check for themself, which is why I posted the link.
Closing is more likely than bankruptcy for colleges.
