Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

CCi has 75 days from June 30 to publish the annual report.

And who knows, they might find something to delay timely filing. Moving forward, CCi will have 90 days to file its quarterly reports. It is possible that we will never see the annual report.

I would gather they will be late. It takes time to reprint thousands of students placements so they look correct.

ESI (ITT) is five months behind on its annual report filing. http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/922475/000092247514000008/form12b_25.htm

I hold no hope of rebranding; but the SEC rules require CCi to file in 75 days or state why the report won't be timely. I am confident, at nearly 100%, that one or the other will get filed with the SEC.

Possible? You are still one of the few holding out hope for rebranding, eh? Good luck to you in your reality.

Good call. We'll never see it. They are too busy allocating resources to survival mode needs to report on the past if they don't need to. Lifespan is extremely limited at this point.
