Leadership has lied and failed us all. The media has NOT lied.

The media has spun a giant web of lies and the employees and students are suffering for this.

Possible, but very unlikely in my mind

Whoever keeps talking about ECPO going from 26k students to 16k has no idea what they are talking about. ECPO, in its entire history, has not had 26k students cumulatively. EUO maybe; but ECPO enrollment is probably closer to the low single-digit thousands.

Anonymous26255 - so are you a student or employed in student services??? If you are student, why did you choose Everest in the first place? If you are an employee in Student Services, why don't you just do your job, to the best of your ability, and if, by chance, a buyer comes along and notices how well you do your job, you may still have a position with them???

NO SALE

CLOSE ALL CORINTHIAN COLLEGES

WE WANT THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE

By forcing the closure of all Corinthian Colleges will give students and some former students more rights to choose their own destiny. If Corinthian Colleges is allowed to sell off their campuses this will leave students with very few to no options.

“As a matter of fact it is a no win situation”.

We the students demand the right to choose our own future. Allowing Corinthian Colleges to decide our fate , and sell off its campuses would be an injustice to not only students but the American Taxpayer. Corinthian Colleges has taken advantage of the Department of Education, students, and tax payers for far too long. By allowing them to sell off their campuses leaves Corinthian with far too many options to repeat the same thing under a different name

Please keep an eye out for our petition to force the closure of Corinthian Colleges.

Allowing students the right to determine their own fate and keep Corinthian Colleges from ever taking advantage of the American Dream ever again.

It's been announced that the Heald, Wyotech, and Everest brands are for sale. So there's no CCI sale, first of all. CCI will not exist in 6 months. I don't understand why people cannot accept the facts.

No sale. It's not worth the toners they have left.

Whatever emotes they keep (though a sale is HIGHLY UNLIKELY) they will be employees of the new company. They will not keep everyone (as you can see from his board there is a lot of dead weight) and will negotiate lower salaries. It's not going to be the same.

CCI is NOT for sale. Individual and blocks of schools are.

26206, as you know, it's not the end of week 4. It's far too early to tell what the retention rate will be. In my experience, it starts to get bad in week 5 and it's downhill from there.

26206, someone posted in the last few weeks ECPO went from 26,000 to 16,000 this term. Sounded legit. I am (or was) ECPO. I was given 3 classes, none of which got a single student. I've always had 4 classes with good retention rates. From my perspective, there are fewer students. Or I would be working now.

I have one online class and have had pretty good retention so far this term. Could it just be rumors (trolls?) that we are losing a lot of students?

It might have been a plan to rebrand or sell and have employees stay. But it's not looking that way now. CCI becomes less valuable week by week, as students drop out. I think we are looking at layoffs in the near future.

No. CCI is going to be sold or closed. Employees don't get sold with a company. It's impossible to say any more.
