So you wake up one morning and assign 100 ADDITIONAL employees to the effort? What the... What in the world is going on here. I am not sure, but it sure is exciting.

Accelerate document production... Since no files exist, they have to quickly produce some.
"increased executive-level oversight" What? Executives that actually provide oversight? I thought executives were supposed to be out on a yacht.
What they should have suggested is that "everyone is working to fix this problem, since we cannot continue as a going concern until it is fixed."
