Next year's goals

Still haven't heard a word on what the 'goals' for next year are. The town hall meeting that wasn't broadcast and only a few people were invited to was supposed to cover FY 14 results and next years goals. I still haven't heard anything about either of those things. Since my bonus is tied to those goals, I'd like to hear what they are. Are they reasonable or will this be another year with ridiculous unattainable goals? I'm betting that there is a reason they haven't been made available. They don't seem to be planning on posting a video of the town hall. All in all it seems like it is all a secret. Great job of communicationing Mary Lee.

If senior management is openly saying that we didn't deserve previous year's bonuses, you can bet we are being set up to fail again.

I love hearing that I did not 'deserve' the bonus I received in previous years. Sure improves my morale and increases my loyalty to the company.

Goals are keep talking a good game. Pray that we meet sales and income targets....remember that Tim and ML indicated that next year budgets always have to exceed the previous year. Told hard working employees they did not earn bonuses from prior years.

So now you don't have to wait 1 year to contribute to their 401k program??

Remember, she changed the rules from last year, as long as you are within 89% of target, there is a bonus payout. And don't forget they changed the 401k start rules so the kfarts can contribute.

Advice for the future: assume no more bonuses, ever. Make employment decision on previous assumption.
