CCI is gone, just a matter of time.
Heald used to be a great brand....before CCI bought them. Now, it is a shell of what it used to be. They did that is three years time.

That is exactly correct! Other than death, it is basically the only way to have a federal student loan forgiven...yes, he knows what's best for the students.
