No pay after the 21 day wait - they did the survey monkey asking (directors and above) if you would work June 23 - July 12 without compensation - they didn't say that in 21 days they were going to retro pay - in fact our RVPO said they were NOT going to pay - WTF! I bet those fat phucks on the 4th floor will get their pay updated! Screwed out of vacation, bonus and my freaking Saturdays!

Survey Monkey is not anonymous, you people do realize that - right? Wait, you work for a for profit sham school that prints out diploma's, nevermind!
If the 21 days of "free work" started on the 12, then you will only be paid for 4 days (Sunday June 8 to Wednesday June 11) on June 27. ED started the 21 hold immediately as of June 12.
I understand that 21 days started on the 12th when CCI received a letter from Ed… Our CP confirmed that he thinks it started then.
"After confiscating your vacation time, would you let us confiscate another 21 days of your life?"

As you may be aware, the Department of Education is placing all of our U.S. schools on Heightened Cash Monitoring 1, including a 21-day hold on Title IV disbursements which would place CCi in a severe financial situation. In light of this, we would like to ask you the following question in the attached surveymonkey link:
“Would you be willing to work without compensation for 21 days (June 23 to July 11, 2014) until the ED sanctions are lifted?”
While we do not clearly understand the terms and conditions, we are interested in getting a poll for future planning purposes.

I'm confused. Has the 21 days started or not. Is it the 21 starting on Monday (6/23-7/13) or did it start 6/12 and where halfway home? So many lies!!!!
21 FOR FREE? They will be earning those 21 days, but CCi will have to wait for the cash. It's not like the students are not in the classroom. The revenues continue to be earned. Why not pay the instructors who are teaching? They want 21 days FOR FREE? Here I thought it was just a 21 day delay, like the ED is imposing. Even ED isn't requesting work for free.
