The best outcome for all involved is happening. It will die, everyone moves on.
...and the stock price was about $2. The market capitalization was under $200M at that point. Likely something could have been done when the company was full of loyal employees that had a big interest in seeing the company succeed. With such high turnover, who wants to lend CCi one day of pay?
The time for that was 3 years ago, when all the loyal employees were still there.
