There's a structural challenge with Jack's role at CCi: Jack is both Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. In other words, he has no boss. There is no accountability. Under regional accreditation standards, one individual cannot be both. This requirement ensures a system of checks of balances and reasonable accountability.
Because he has no clue! He's too busy kissing ass on the hill! It's the 2 Ops EVP's that have screwed this company beyond repair
