Does anyone have any guesses as to what will happen to the online division?

There are zero known criminal investigations going on. All investigations and charges are civil.

I work in Career Services online and I'm unaware of "criminal activity" happening here.

The criminal activity is isolated in admissions and placement. Clear all those crooks out and replace them with honest people and online can continue just fine.

Will not survive much longer due to DOE investigations! Lot of illegal activity linked to Online Tampa and Tempe!

Online will Survive along with the campuses that are in direct link with online. Pompano, Orlando South, Brandon etc. Too much profit can be made from online, still a revenue maker.

Accreditation for Online is linked to the ground schools. That means ECP Phoenix MUST survive or ECP Online would be shutdown. Same with the Florida schools. ECP is smaller but more valuable due to it's regional accreditation.

EU will likely survive but be pared down.

Much less expensive to operate, will be around, 90% profit margins, you do not kill that. Will get sold.

A few people have posted that they think it will survive, or at least survive longer than the ground campuses.
