Anon 13634. CCI has zero to do with the investments in your 401k. It is not a profit sharing plan or a pension plan it is a. 401k owned. By you, administered by Prudential subject to IRS rules as to when you can take the money. Leaving cci lets you take $ but you haver to pay taxes & an IRS penalty if you are Not 59 1/2
13625 if you do work for CCi, don't show up for work on Monday. You are the problem. If you or anyone on this site tells the truth about the bullshit illegal going ons at CCi, then CALL the ED. You do know that you get 10% for being a whistle blower...waiting, waiting...oh yeah hiding behind the keyboard is all that you have.
Signing may be useless but it seems better than sitting here bitching and speculating about things we have no control over. These are all the same people that sit at work bitching about cci and their jobs but continue to stay there for years

Yeah, like the 5k signatures will really help CCI now! Stop the denial! Face the fact that it's almost the ens of the rode. Cash in whatever 401k you have (if it's even worth anything)
I'm sure your just being proactive, but CCI knew about these issues loooong ago, yet did nothing. I feel bad for you and the staff and students, but it may be too late to rectify. (I hope I am proven wrong tomorrow. )

Then sign the petition dumbass. This isn't about the ex board,it's about your job and the students. Any agreement going forward will be firing the board. Do something constructive like almost 5k people have done, trying to save their jobs, not bitching on a blog.
Useful? I think Assimo and the rest of his cronies would have helped this whole situation if they had let their employees know of the audit months before this happened.
If anything, maybe they can be USEFUL and tell me if I will be able to pay my rent or not next week.
