The problem is that Apollo Group people like Peter Sperling aren't all ears. They know they are "too big to fail" and believe they have a strategy to survive (going global). The problem is that Mr. Sperling and his cronies are going down the road that Enron did. And if certain people get more power (e.g. Elizabeth Warren) and APOL does not change its philosophy, people should be prepared for the feds to drop in. It may be several years, but that's the path this company is going on.
