It is normal it's just that they wouldn't exactly do it. The rules are so against the student and all for sacking them into debt, but now they are scared because the doe finally decided to big brother these schools and the antics. So now they are letting the students back out.
In the 5 minutes since I posted this, just overheard another rep saying "I know that's what the news is saying, but our school isn't closing." I want to know what list she is looking at.
And I expect drops from students transferring to a different school, especially those who are in the first mod.
