I have also experienced those same painless red dots. They happened after I tried to kidnap a Chesaduck. As soon as I returned it to the chocolate river, they vanished immediately.
It's an infection from contact with the f***ing feces that Doug and his worthless cronies are constantly spewing out. I caught the same damn thing from contact with my core values poster. The only cure is to kill yourself. Good GD luck.
