Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

Peter Waller can you please come back to Corinthian??

Does anyone remember that positive wonderful guy? Things were fresh and exciting. Ignite was exciting and positive. There was so much hope. Poof Peter is gone....and we are back to the same old ways.Horrible moral and cheating the government so good people leave. Can't blame them. See ya Corinthian. You did this to yourself. Glad I'm gone.

I knew the ship was getting ready to sink when they paid Peter Waller to vacate his office. They had to get him out because of his integrity. Those people could no longer have integrity look them in the eyeballs. (with their wrong doings)

Find Peter and you will find Integrity! He took it with him when he walked out of the doors.

Waller was dynamic but so was the Sham-Wow dude. Both were scammers. I kinda liked those blue towels though...I digress. Waller, among other CCi executives, exemplified the compliance anemic culture that ultimately killed the company.

Peter is laughing at this from a cushy job in Hong Kong.

Loved Peter Waller great man, great vision. when they forced him out everything went to shit. Letting him go was the first mistake,,,,greed was then allowed to take over and here is where the company ended up. He was without a doubt the best leader I have ever worked for.

He was a long term vision guy...which made him a problem that had to be eliminated. I think he would have developed a plan of longer term success with a decent relationship with the ED. Sometimes, a good thing takes time, but it was not to be. CCI had its problems when he was CEO, but he seemed like a leader who wanted to fix them instead of writing whiny editorials.

He did have everyone in good spirits. But hey money is more important than happiness right Jack?

I miss Peter as well. He did his best to keep the Cci employees happy. Board members weren't too happy because the profit margins were not as big as they hoped, but we had happier employees and still made profit the right way.
