How are things there? Please God, tell me they haven't scheduled a potluck to "motivate" you. I wasn't there long, but the two things I clearly remember are the unreal numbers of managers (and how incompetent they were) and the darned potlucks! One out of every three employees was a "manager" who did nothing except get first dibs at the potluck food (that WE had brought in) while we were told we couldn't leave our cubicles. Oh, that was motivating alright! It motivated me to get the hell out of there!

I was there for over a year and agree about the managers, what the heck did they do all day?? There was one good one, Suzanne or Suzette. The others were serious dildos. Anyone reading this from another chain needs to know to not hesitate to hire staff from SFS Tampa. But steer way clear of the managers and directors. I know from having friends over there that it's the same with Tampa Online. All the wrongdoing came from the secretive little social group that was management. I thought it was weird that the laziest and worst people would be promoted, but figured out it was because they fit in with the other vultures.
No wonder SFS reps were always cranky when I called...
