I agree. I think there are some posters here who seem to be judgmental and self righteous. I said that earlier. "If you don't quit this second, you don't respect yourself". I don't find that helpful. The "I told you so" is not helpful either. What is helpful and appreciated is information on present and future happenings. I think we all agree that CCI's goose is cooked and a personal exit strategy needs to be in the works if not already implemented. Key word: PERSONAL. I hope moving forward we can refrain from name calling and profanity. This is a sensitive time for EVERY LAST PERSON ON THIS BOARD...unless you just don't have a life whatsoever, I cannot imagine you are simply here to be entertained.

I wouldn't bash Bain Capital. Thanks to Bain numerous companies were turned around and flourish today. Dunkin Donuts being one of them. AMC theaters another. Purchasers of any CCI entity will strip it of anything resembling CCI (including staff). Its time to face facts, you are all unemployed and very very soon.
It is a trying to see all of this, and I can understand the frustration. From a capital management perspective, I can tell you that Heald is the most valuable brand and will be sold. Next, we may see something with Wyo. DOE can't let this go, though, so my assumption from a regulatory perspective is that Everest will take one for the team. DOE can make Ev the scapegoat, look good with Congress and the administration, while others slake away unharmed...Page out of the Bain playbook. Tough to swallow, but this is how it works.
