Direct Deposit went through already, but noticed Fed taxes doubled. IRS saying all CCI employees will see twice as much Fed tax taken out till the 16 million just allocated to CCI is paid back. Also missing ten hours of pay.

This is just BS, but it does sound like some employees were shorted on their paychecks. That wouldn't be due to more taxes being withheld, though.
This was one of the silliest posts I've ever seen. IF the IRS did take additional money out of your check, you could get it back on your refund at the end of the year. Sad that people don't understand taxes or employment law . . . or common sense.
What does the IRS have anything to do with the DOE?
