1.) If you want to continue to spin the rumor mill, how about you spend your time doing something constructive like look for a new job.

2.) If you can't be part of the solution, then get out. We don't need you. There are plenty of good, honest, hard working people that are trying to do the best they can and your absolute bs. is not needed and not appreciated.

3.) When you continue to post lies, you only continue to dig yourself a deeper hole, and it is no wonder we are in the mess we are in by the poor hiring decisions 75% of the people on this site apparently seem to be. I'd gather you have been part of the problem the entire time.

4.) Continue to show your ignorance by your false accusations, statements and bullshit. I hope you each have your day in court as well for slander and libel.

Now you say they are lies, how do you suppose we the problem. This problem was not made by the workers here. So you want to count. give use the step on how we can back this go away?

So you're giving me the choice of either helping or getting out? Let's break those choices down. 1) Help the company to continue to operate as usual, enrolling students who won't benefit from the worthless overpriced diplomas and refuse to comply with federal regulations? Well, then there's 2) Quit and assure that when the company goes down you won't collect unemployment. Hmm. Hard choice. Oh, wait, there's another one. Do the bare minimum you need to and wait this process out. If the company had treated me with respect then I would be loyal to them now.

That post pissed me off too. I think it should be all of our responsibility to contact ED to ABSOLUTELY make sure that they know EVERYTHING. It will be hard for the co to deny knowledge of wrongdoing if a bunch of us have made it clear what our priorities were supposed to be. It's not fair that only a few have had the courage to stand up for what's right. After all, we're all taxpayers and Americans.

After all we've been through and this is the attitude we get from the powers that be?!? Threatening a libel suit for sharing our experiences? Seriously?!? I'm in SF and contacting the Attorney General of ED's office today. Now they get to hear everything. They want to delay this company's aid money? They won't have to use attendance and placement as an excuse any more. Screw those assholes. I'm also going to forward the link to this message board and all of the various negative articles to the execs at their Socle client schools. Just to make sure they know who they're in bed with.

I'll gladly get out in peace when I'm paid for the work I have done. The issues have not been on our local news...if I'm not paid some light will have to be shed on this shit.

How is it slander when we are just stating the facts from our own experiences with this company. Your the one who chooses to see past the unethical situations that most of us saw/see on a day to day basis.
