Big DICK! I find it funny that anyone representing the State of Illinois would speak to ethical behavior! Maybe Dick should spend time on the unemployment, murder rate, pension fund crisis, drug trade, crime problems, real estate tax increases, the business entities leaving the state for lower tax rates, the mass populace exiting for the same reason and the very poor educational performance of the CPS.
Seems to we the Dick has a ton more to worry about then CCi at this time.

Actually, quite a few people have been collecting documentation and submitting it for over a year. This has been an intensive investigation and management can certainly be implicated. I don't know about those at the very top since I didn't work directly with them, but again, a lot of people have been supplying information and documentation to the various govt entities conducting these investigations. Guilt in a criminal case will be determined by a jury who will weight the evidence presented.
@15527 - the company executives have to be found guilty of a crime. If you have proof that they are, then go ahead and submit your evidence. Enron was shut down because there was actual proof of criminal activity so it can happen. However, you can't expect the executives to go to jail just because you lost your job and it sucks. Join the crowd with millions of other people who have lost their jobs due to various bad management practices. Part of the problem at CCi is that it is/was a large organization and there were bad apples mixed with good apples. If you have proof that the execs instructed the bad apples to do wrong, then you have something. But I suspect that no one thought to gather up proof, unfortunately.

15523 - we want the people responsible for doing this to our lives and our students' lives held accountable. We want to make sure that they don't walk away with their millions, and most of us would like to see them serve some prison time as well. This has been a willfully fraudulent and abusive company, that has cost the U.S. taxpayers billions of dollars and ruined lives.
Just in time! I have been so aggravated at the company's attitude toward us the past few days. Lying to, ignoring and belittling us. I have been a loyal employee for years, but all allusions that this is anything but a scam company are now gone. I have a lot to tell Senator Durbin and his staff. I hope others will join me.
What do you want Dick Durbin to do? He is trying to shut the company down so if you are trying to save your jobs or paychecks he is not going to help you - he wants the company to close. If you want the company shut down it is already in process. What more can he or anyone else do?
