Yes July 11th is past the hold however - they can make the hold longer if CCI doesn't produce the documents requested 6 months ago and/or CCI fails to send in the enrollment verifications! We all know how well CCI seems to be with follow through on submitting documents...
Won't the 11th be beyond the 21-day hold on the previous payment?

"Let's worry about today, today and when July 11th rolls around, we'll have that answer." Doesn't this sound like the last answer for the current payroll cycle? They didn't answer the question then, which now we know they would have missed, if it wasn't for the $16M in Government funds being wired through. Surely, they cannot answer this difficult question now. Hell, it's only 6/27.
