CCi should be ashamed to continue admitting students with the knowledge that campuses will close or go to teach-out. Is that the best thing for the student? Are the students even given information about the potential outcome on July 1 so they can make an informed decision?

"Playing dumb and acting like nothing is wrong" is the CCi mission statement, is it not? It has worked for two decades.
15529 - So your response is twofold: (1) Don't worry that half the country is trying to put this company out of business, just keep enrolling - the students will be fine, somehow, magically...they will complete the programs they signed up for. And (2) please DON'T go to any legitimate government source to file complaints, just call the CCi hotline! They're the only ones who need to know, not the nosy taxpayers or their elected reps!
The students will get their education, one way or another. The DoEd will not let them lose out.
Trying to get and getting the injunction are 2 different things. Any students enrolled will be taught out. Cci is not going to close overnight, it's going to be a process. It's a business that will continue as it has until July 1, when the ED says differently. BTW~ if there are unethical things/people at the campus, then call the hotline. I'm sure that the AG has to wade through a mountain of unsubstantiated claims and determine if they are real or not...just like the BS that people post on here, the half truths reported by the media and oh I'm sure the ED/Govt has lied AT ALL!
California Attorney General Kamala Harris is trying to get an emergency injunction to stop this from happening in Cali. Several members of Congress have demanded that CCi stop enrolling students. The company is just ignoring them all. I don't know if they are really so stupid as to think that by playing dumb and acting like nothing is wrong it will just all go away, or if they are trying to buy some time to hide their money or destroy evidence. It makes no sense at this point.
