15868; I was thinking the same thing it only make sense..
15822; my campus is just a crooked as the rest..but we were warned months ago but no one listened..
After getting the insurance email yesterday I wonder if the teach out layoffs will occur Monday June 30 and not July 1. That way CCi won't have to pay health insurance for month of July. Just a guess??

Per the DOE, CCI is to sell or teach out ALL US campuses/schools. CCI will only have Canada schools....that is the DOE talking, not me.
Assume Heald gets sold to private equity. Maybe Wyotech, too. It looks like Everest will take the hit for the CCI corp as a whole. It is sad, but they seem to be the one in the sights of the DOE and state attorneys general. They would be an easy target and could serve as the "lesson" that Sec. Duncan has been trying to find for the past few years. Dems not happy...
There are a few Everest campuses with huge oversits for the year, that wouldn't make sense to close them
