what does a senior business analyst do at CCI ?

As a Sr Business Analyst I was responsible for working with the business to help identify issues, document and work with IS in designing a plan to address. I would document, write test scripts, and perform system testing prior to uat. I also did training on new processes as well.
They don't do a thing, like the students we enroll! However I do a lot as I clean toilets and then take estimates from students who can't wreeed.
They just do the anal-yst thing
Senior BA's do everything. The big joke is that every BA somehow amaziningly is hired in as a Senior BA. Some have SQL and programming skills while others have zip - no tangible skills to speak of, yet they too are given the title of Senior BA. "YOU GET TO BE A SENIOR BA, AND YOU GET TO BE A SENIOR AND YOU AND YOU........"
Look at how little cash CCi has, maybe?
