Wyotech Blairsville, Art Herman and Michael Stiglich? There are a lot of posting about these people and school. I know both men and like them both.

Stinlich is full of himself. He belongs in the unemployment line
It't the fact that their leadership style is not the best. They may be great guys... good ole' boys.
It nice to have great analogies for everything but never actually doing the hard work.

Art Herman is an ok guy (little weird though), but he is a horrible leader. The man does not know how to make decision. (This is why Mark Reynolds has a unneeded position to back Art up.) In his time at Blairsville WyoTech he has not made a single decision that improved the students education experience, only to increase profits for CCI. He is a yes man, whatever CCI proposes he goes along blindly because he has no backbone. Years ago he cancelled every employee function to help pad his budget, and is a general moral killer. Everyone on campus thinks he's an idiot, and have zero faith in him to guide us.
