What campuses have heard of the Opportunity Grant? Any thoughts?

We have the same grant too but its basically giving everyone a $500 balance and somehow magically giving them a grant from a company that has no money. They're just coming up with another way to get enrollments and cover up Socle's mistakes.
Tempe site uses this grant, actually not a grant at all, its a fee because CCi has f***ed up so badly from financiers that we now have a out of pocket fee for all students with a balance 499 and under. Anything 500 and above will be covered by alternative loans but there is still a deduction that needs to be paid on remaining balance if its 500 and up.
