Why is it that employees have to come to this discussion board for information? Why aren't employees being given information as soon as it is available?

One of us appears to be a graduate of CCI but it isn't me. Heald is one part of the university dumb ass. What about the rest? It appears that you work in admissions which explains why you don't understand what the document means.

Are you a CCi student? Or graduate? Can you freakin read the whole thing? Specifically read Item 2.05, which, in part, states, "On June 25, 2014, the Company’s board of directors approved a plan (the “Heald Plan”) to sell all of its Heald campuses (the “Heald Schools”). The Company has not yet secured a buyer for all or any subset of the Heald Schools, but has allocated internal resources to identify potential buyers and evaluate proposals for these campuses. The Company intends to execute definitive sales agreements with one or more third parties for the sale of the Heald Schools within approximately six months."

That appears to be a credit agreement not a list of all the schools owned by the company and outlining which will be closed, sold, or taught out.

I haven't seen any official list. All I've seen is the SEC filing that indicates that Heald is going to be sold.

This is exactly what I want to know. Stop jacking us around already, we have families to think about.
