The board put Heald up for sale already. Done deal. If there is no buyer in six months, then it's going to be taught out. It's not like they can go back now. Best hope a buyer is found in the next six months!
The memo posted earlier today said they would not go up for sale until the initial agreement is reached. So, technically they are not yet for sale.
