Heald is separate from CCi as of last week. There ate multiple groups making a play to buy heald.

I don't know how his name has been connected, except by rumor only. The company, while sales have been announced, is not technically for sale yet. Unless you have proof, stop with the rumors.

I don't know much about the guy but his name has been connected to the purchase. If he can keep Heald from folding, then this is great news.
