CCI did not make a deadline with DOE......This is no surprise.......CCI has been waving the middle finger at DOE for sometime now.

The way I see it, if the paperwork was done in the first place, and if the 4th floor wasn't so money hungry, we wouldn't be in this mess in the first place. Oh, if Title IV didn't look like a money making machine to so many,,,,,well Jack-ass on the 4th, you know what to do. Do what is right.
Jack has been waving the middle finger to DOE because he knows that the government does not want to pickup the $1.4b bill for loan forgiveness. I think Jack is fully expecting a "For-Profit School Bailout" He is banking on the fact the the government won't let 72,000 plus student lose the education because education is the key to the american dream. If they close the Corinthian's network of schools, then Jack can then blame the DOE/government for killing the dreams of 72,000 plus student.
They may be big but they have a VP who takes pleasure with making employees lives miserable
I don't know about ED, but CCi did more with that middle finger than just waive it at me.
What's with City of Industry? I thought they were one of the bigger, better Everest's.
And also their employees. City of Industry is a perfect example.
