Oh, and to be clear, disclosure is required in either direction. If CCi did not work out a final agreement with ED, that must be disclosed. If an agreement was reached, there are other disclosures. Either way, it's a so-called "material event" that must be disclosed. Again, the clock is ticking, but what's another week? I suppose there might be a middle case, where ED and CCi agreed to a small extension, but it's going to be nearly impossible to suggest that even a very small time extension is not material when you have no cash. Basically no matter what happened today, it must be disclosed.
