Is it a Coincidence that directors are taking vacations right before the start of a new fiscal year or during new fiscal year and in midst of all this turmoil going on?! Or what do they know that we don't. What are they not telling us?! Many DOAs, DOFs and directors of career services from many campuses on vacation or calling in sick....hmmm....funny, right??

I am a Director, and trust me we aren't hiding anything. I promise you that. We are just as much in the dark as everyone else. Maybe your Directors are taking vacation days or calling in sick to go on job interviews. You should be too. Everyone should be looking for other employment, at every level, as the writing is on the wall.
