Even at 20 mil. Consider 1000 shares at 20k each. Some opt out. Others buy multiple shares. Is something like this being floated? I think market value is way above this, so CCi and doe might want more. It would allow employees to bring heald back and get positive press after CCi disaster.

Heald's market value is ZERO.
Then we can assume the current coco price of .24 assumes that coco as an entity will continue after heald sale. The whole enterprise may shift to Canada as coco 2.0

Combo of a guess and a little info. With Deahon back, my guess is Nolan Miura is involved. Rumors have been circling that his investment group has been trying to buy Heald for some time. Deal needs to be done-at least a letter of intent-before the CA AG hearing to get Heald out of that mess. That hearing is scheduled for July 11th. Keep fingers crossed.

CCi has suggested that the value of Heald is in excess of $200M on a net present value basis. Actually I've been suspicious of the computation, and now that Heald is in discontinued operations, no one will have to justify the interim impairment computation. I will forever be suspicious of that March 31 computation, but it does not really matter at this point, other than sales value. I suspect that Heald has a fair market value of between $100M and $200M, but that's just a guess based on that goodwill test and other factors.
